Are there any restrictions?

We require a bank card on the day from the lead booker as a security meausre. This will be stored securely and released once your booking is complete. Please note, due to the current government COVID guidelines all bookings are capped at a maximum of 6 from no more than 2 households. If your booking is for more than 6 people, by making a booking for more than 6 you are confirming that members of the party are from no more than 2 households.There will be full table service throughout your booking.

Is it good for Stag & Hen Dos?

What better way to spend your last day of freedom! We have a strict zero-tolerance on fancy dress but other than that you’re on to a winner here, Point Blank is an experience you won’t be forgetting anytime soon.

How do I Book?

You can book online via emailinfo@pointblankshooting.co.uk or give us a call on 0333 023 0363 to get booked in.

How long is a shoot and what do I get?

The minimum range time is 1 hour, 2 hours is always recommended for larger groups but you can stay all day if you want! You get exclusive use of the range you have booked, we will show you how to shoot the guns and navigate the system. There’s plenty of different courses to choose from, you’ll shoot your way through them all and be a sharp shooter in no time.

Is there a dress code?
Yes, we have a STRICT zero tolerance policy on caps, track suits and track suit bottoms.

Can I get food and drink at the venue?
Absolutely! We have a wide range of beers, spirits and wines to choose from and if you’re feeling up to it you can check out our bespoke cocktails. We also have a range of plates for you to dive in to if you get a bit peckish on your shoot.

Can I Cancel or change my booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so 14 days in advance, any cancellations made after this time will not receive a refund. We will do our best to move dates/times of your booking where possible.

What are the minimum and maximum group sizes?
We require a minimum of 2 shooters and have a capacity of around 100 people, we can handle any group no matter the size.

Can under 18s shoot?
We are an 18+ only venue.

Is it safe?
Of course! No projectiles are fired at any point! We take safety very seriously here, any funny business and you will be asked to leave the premises.

Do you have disabled access?
We have disable access in our Newcastle venue only.

Can we pay on the day?
All bookings must be paid for a week in advance. If you come down on the day and we have a range free then of course, however booking is always recommended to avoid disappointment.

Can I add another person to my booking?
Yes, no problem. Just give us a call on 0333 023 0363 and let us know.

What is Point Blank doing to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus?
We are following Government guidelines from Department of Health & Social Care and Public Health England in relation to the coronavirus outbreak. Be assured that when you visit any Point Blank venue we are providing ample opportunity for hand washing and sanitising. We also have anti-bacterial wipes for use on shared equipment.
Customers are being reminded of Government advice on how to avoid spreading germs once they are in our venue via posters and leaflets around the building. Should the Government stance change on how venues manage the risk associated with coronavirus, we will of course adjust our procedures accordingly and will keep our website and social media channels updated. Anyone with a new persistent cough or high temperature is now advised to stay at home and self-isolate for seven days. Please check NHS England for further information and updates on how best to seek help and manage your symptoms.

What if an event I am planning on attending gets cancelled?
We will attempt to contact customers directly with as much notice as possible if any event or booking is cancelled, but it might not be possible to reach everyone, so please keep checking this webpage and our social media channels.

Will I get a refund?
With regards to refunds, our normal terms and conditions apply. As such, no refunds will be given under 14 days of booking, except where an event is cancelled by ourselves. Personal arrangements, including travel, accommodation, subsistence or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
